As a muscle injury massage specialist it is my goal to provide education and physical assistance to help individuals decrease pain and tissue restrictions while increasing mobility and quality of life.  I use a wide variety of techniques including Structural Release Technique,  Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy to achieve this goal.
